I can’t believe this year’s holiday season is already done and dusted! I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas last Monday ❤️ Christmas is really big here in the Philippines. In our culture, the main celebration happens on Christmas Eve so that’s when I wore this look. Normally the 24th is spent by going to church and then waiting up until 12am to open presents and eat our “Noche Buena” or midnight feast. So yes, I beat my face and wore a designer dress just to stay at home haha. I saw this meme on Facebook and I just thought it was so apt 😅
Say hello to my second Instagram account, @mangoeface! I got inspired by this account called @subliming.jpg, which is run by an artist who illustrates inspirational quotes. I decided that this type of format would be a cool way to showcase some bits of my poetry and just express my general thoughts and feelings.

I’ve been wanting a pair of mary janes for a while and I saw some on sale at Asos the other day, so I thought now would be a good time to finally get some! I bought a pair of black velvet plats and a pair of silver glittery heeled ones.
I don’t even need to explain that Instagram is the place to get your daily dose of aesthetically pleasing and stimulating snapshots. I’ve found a few accounts though, that are just so appealing to me because they go in line with my personal style, as well as being inspiring with fashion and beauty but are not just typical style bloggers.
June officially marks the start of winter here in New Zealand! This time of the year always feels a little strange cos such an in-between – it feels so surreal that half a year has gone by, and its only another half a year to go before Christmas. Read more
